Bemis Street Studio B is a private studio apartment with views of the Rocky Mountains, Sterne Park, and the War Memorial Rose Garden. The Studio has a queen bed, a stocked kitchenette with a full sized fridge & freezer with ice maker, electric range with a full sized oven, a full sized dishwasher, & microwave, a full sized washer and dryer, a three quarter bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower, a 55 inch smart TV, high speed wireless internet, a window AC unit, and a private deck with chairs, cushions, and a Blackstone grill. The studio entrance is on the private deck outside on the second floor. There is a dedicated parking spot for Studio B renters in the parking lot in the back of the property. Additional parking is available on Bemis Street in front of the property.
